Refund & Cancellation Policy (Official)

All Urban Flight Collective (“UFC”) trips are final sale and non-refundable. All Urban Flight Collective (“UFC”) trips are final sale. All payments are considered liquidated damages to compensate UFC for administrative time, non-refundable vendor deposits, and the lost opportunity to sell that spot to another guest. Consequently, no refunds will be issued.

Once a booking is completed, no refunds will be issued under any circumstances, including but not limited to:

• cancellation by the guest,

• inability to travel,

• missed or failed payments,

• financial hardship,

• visa, passport, or government-related issues,

• medical, employment, or personal circumstances.

This policy applies to all payments, including deposits, installments, and paid balances.

Credits & Limited Exceptions

At Urban Flight Collective’s sole discretion, a partial credit may be applied toward a future UFC trip as a courtesy.
Credits, if granted:

• are not guaranteed,

• are non-refundable,

• have no cash value,

• are non-transferable,

• do not create an obligation for future refunds,

• may be subject to expiration or additional terms.

Multiple cancellations or failure to complete a rebooked trip may void eligibility for future credits.

Booking Agreement & Acceptance

All guests are required to sign a contract and waiver at the time of booking via WeTravel.

By completing a booking and/or submitting payment, guests acknowledge that they have read, understood, and agreed to this Refund & Cancellation Policy, whether or not the contract is subsequently executed.

Email correspondence, payment history, and booking activity may be used as evidence of acceptance of these terms.

In accordance with the Electronic Signatures in Global and National Commerce Act (ESIGN) and the Uniform Electronic Transactions Act (UETA), the act of submitting payment or providing written confirmation via email constitutes a binding electronic signature and full acceptance of these terms, regardless of whether a separate PDF document is executed.

Governing Law & Venue: This agreement shall be governed by the laws of the State of Georgia. Any legal action or dispute arising from this policy shall be settled exclusively in the courts of New York. Guests waive any right to claim 'inconvenient forum' for disputes brought in this jurisdiction

Chargebacks & Payment Disputes

​

Guests agree that filing a chargeback for a voluntary cancellation is a breach of this contract. UFC will contest all chargebacks using this policy, payment history, and all written correspondence as evidence of a "Service Rendered" (the reservation and management of your booking).

 

Urban Flight Collective reserves the right to update this policy at any time.
