What airport do I fly into?
El Salvador International Airport (SAL) – also known as Monseñor Óscar Arnulfo Romero International Airport.
Do I need shots or a visa?

Visa:
If you hold a U.S. passport, you do not need a traditional visa to enter El Salvador as a tourist—as long as your stay is 90 days or less. -
Tourist Card:
Instead of a visa, you’ll purchase a tourist card upon arrival at the airport or seaport for approximately $12 USD, which grants entry for up to 90 days. -
Passport Requirements:
Your passport must be valid for at least six months beyond your arrival date and include at least one blank pagefor entry stamps. -

Today is all about flavor and fun. We’ll head out to the famous Ruta de las Flores, a colorful region known for its charming towns, local markets, and some of the best food in El Salvador. Get ready to taste a wide variety of authentic Salvadoran dishes and treats as we eat our way through this foodie paradise.
After filling up on flavor, the adventure begins! We’ll take on:

Lace up your sneakers, it’s adventure time! Today we’ll take on a volcano hike all the way to the crater, where you’ll be rewarded with breathtaking views and an unforgettable connection to El Salvador’s natural beauty.
After the hike, we’ll cool things down with some local market shopping. Browse handmade crafts, textiles, and souvenirs while supporting local artisans. It’s the perfect way to bring a piece of El Salvador home with you.
