FULFILLMENT / SHIPPING POLICY

Urban Flight Collective, LLC  is not responsible for lost or stolen packages confirmed to be delivered to the address submitted for an order. If an item has not been delivered or appears to be stone we would recommend contacting your local post office for assistance.

Orders will be shipped within 7-10 business days from when the order is placed.

CANCELATION / REFUND POLICY

Due to the Covid-19 pandemic we are unable to approve any exchanges until further notice

 

All sales are final - To ensure proper hygiene due to the spread of COVID-19 all orders are final. Once sale is completed and the order has been submitted, there will be no returns or exchanges allowed of any kind. This policy is a for all merchandise including including shirts, sweaters, and swimsuits.
